Tammy Mixon
An exciting communicator with over twenty-eight
years experience as a motivational speaker, nine years as the Executive
Director of a human services organization, and prior experience in
direct human services, Tammy is known for her advanced ability to
increase quality of services and implement new programs while
increasing employee morale and community interest in the
organization. Tammy holds a M.A. in Organizational Management
from the University of Phoenix and a B.S. in Psychology from Florida
A&M University. She has National Administrator's
Credentialing, is a graduate of Leadership Savannah and a member of The
National Association of Female Executives.
Sarah Norris
Sarah specializes in increasing funding and
support. Known for her customer service standards and ability to
increase diversity awareness, Sarah has over twelve years experience
directing educational programs, managing agency resource development,
and grant writing. Her ability to "make the ask" and educate
others about advocating for their mission has helped organizations
financially advance and excel in customer service. She holds a
M.S. in Management and Administration of Educational Programs from Nova
University, a B.A. in Education and a B.A. in Art, both from Trinity
College. In 2005 Sarah brought organizations over $430,000 in grant
money.
Donna McMillan
With over twenty-six years of experience in
business management and grant and budget preparation for non-profit and
Government organizations, Donna is known for her ability to ethically
manage sound financial operations. While working at the University of
Florida, Donna managed millions of dollars in research grants from the
U.S. Government and private foundations. These grants include a
$1,000,000 grant from the U.S. Department of Defense. She has also
coordinated various workshops and conferences, working with individuals
from around the world so that everthing ran smoothly when the
participants arrived. In 2005 Donna managed a budget of over $700,000
comprised of funding from various Government and private sources as
well as two Endowments worth over $360,000. At a time when public
scrutiny of organizational management is at a high, Donna's expertise
and experience will generate increased standards of financial
management.
